Yodel Assurance
Campaign
A campaign centred around data assurance for Yodel, using well-known delivery symbols paired with emotive, reassuring copy. The aim was to communicate trust, clarity, and confidence through a simple but recognisable visual language.
The campaign ran across organic social, paid media, email, and web. An overarching creative direction was developed using vector symbols to reinforce the key messages. Two colourways were created: one for customer-facing assets and another for internal communications.
