Campaign

A three-week digital campaign to promote the ease and quality of Yodel’s collection service, aimed at high-volume senders such as resellers, marketplace sellers, and SMEs shipping from home or their business. The project focused heavily on understanding seller personas and tailoring messaging to their specific needs. With a limited budget for imagery, the creative direction had to be efficient while still feeling relatable and insight-driven.

Due to business reasons the name Yodel Collect couldn’t be used, so we focused on the ease of the service itself through the overarching message Send it stress free. Pairing this with benefit-led, persona-specific, and USP-focused messaging allowed us to speak directly to different seller types and highlight the value the service provides.

The imagery chosen reflects the diverse range of sellers the campaign targeted, helping audiences see themselves in the visuals and reinforcing that Yodel understands their needs and working styles.
The imagery-led approach also helped this campaign stand apart from typical Yodel campaigns, which heavily feature the brands green. Here, the Yodel green was used more strategically to highlight figures, key words, and important phrases.

Assets were created for email, organic social, paid media, and web, ensuring a cohesive rollout across all digital touchpoints.
