Campaign

I created a targeted local campaign encouraging customers to use their nearest Yodel store. Using location-based data and customer insights, we developed tailored messaging that incorporated local language and tone, making the campaign feel more relevant and community-focused.

With budget restrictions on assets, the visuals focused on close-ups of hands handing over parcels, clearly illustrating the action of using the local store. These were paired with bold typography and locally relevant language to create impact while keeping production costs efficient.

Assets were created across email, organic social, and paid social, ensuring consistent messaging throughout the customer journey.

This campaign went on to win the UK Agency Award 2024 – Best Local Campaign (Large).
